Your provider will recommend supplements specific to your lab results and individual needs. We utilize our own brand of supplements that can be purchased at our clinic and shipped directly to you. Each person is different and the number of supplements given will vary.

New Patient Appointment
45 minute appointment either in- person or over the phone. Includes intake, review of healthy history and past labs, X-Rays if in-person, and testing recommendations based on your individual needs and concerns.

Testing
$200-$400 per test
Testing recommendations by your provider based off of your individual needs. Testing may include bloodwork, stool testing, urine hormone testing, mold testing, & more! If you are not local to our clinic, we can ship testing to you to be done locally or at home depending on the type of test.
Test Interpretation
After all of your testing has come back, you will meet with your provider to discuss the results and connect the dots. This appointment includes a recommended care plan, along with diet, lifestyle changes, and herbal/supplement recommendations based off of your individual needs and lab results. This is where we truly personalize your care!

Continued Guidance & Education
Your provider will guide you on your journey to better health and will monitor your progress, adjust supplements, retest if needed, and educate on diet and lifestyle modifications. Our goal is to educate our patients so they only need our services short-term and are able to live long, healthy lives. Care plans will be recommended based off individual needs and labs.
Two options:
1) Pay as you go - $350/consult
2) Discounted pre-pay - $300/consult
(10% off supplements included in pre-pay care plan)
*** Care Plans generally range from $1400-$2200 and will last approximately 6-12 months depending on the care plan. All pricing is dependent on individual needs and these are subject to change. Please inquire further with any questions on pricing.
All purchases of labs and supplements are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

Appointment cancellation policy:
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled for no charge 48 hours prior to original appointment time. Appointments cancelled, no-showed, or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will endure the following charges:
Initial appointment: full charge of $175
Appointments after the initial appointment: $200 charge
